What I'm working on
Reviewed October 12, 2026.
I adopted coding with AI early in the AI boom. It has expanded what I can build across a portfolio of connected projects. My focus here is on systems that help people and creators carry their context, make choices and keep control of their work.
Portable context
I'm developing Universal Manifest and want to keep presenting it at OMA3, the Open Metaverse Alliance for Web3, the Metaverse Standards Forum and elsewhere. I present at the Forum as Sumset: Grig Bilham. The specification gives people, agents, devices, assets, facilities and infrastructure a portable way to carry signed context, including permissions and provenance.
The Universal Manifest timeline record brings the problem, specification and published outputs together.
Connected services
PeerMesh and Peers.social are part of the same effort to give people control across services. PeerMesh provides the modular foundation. Peers.social brings those modules together around a creative community and federated websites. I'm working toward a personal publishing surface that can grow from this system and still be hosted independently.
The PeerMesh and Peers.social timeline records explain the platform and its social implementation.
Daily agent practice
I run the Global Agents System in my daily work. It gives agents shared rules, roles, written work orders and result formats so I can move work among tools, preserve context and check what was actually delivered. I'm extending the same approach into thinking tools for people, systems and agents.
That practice includes improving the open-source tools I depend on, from meeting recovery and device pairing to delegation routing and model controls. The GAS case describes how the system supports delivery; the open-source work record names the related systems.

This page is a selection of my present focus. Work brings the wider record and complete case studies together. About explains how these efforts connect to my creative and technical practice.
